With 13 grit choices, it provides accurate micron control on workpieces, and its coated double-sided design enhances productivity and cost-efficiency for polished or refined surface requirements.
Features
Covers a very fine sequence from 30 µm down to 3 µm, facilitating ultra-smooth finishes, excellent for lapping and polishing micro surfaces.
The 100-mesh screen cloth gives flexibility and conformability to surfaces; coating on both sides makes usage more efficient and extends sheet life.
Waterproof material allows use with water (wet sanding) to reduce heat and improve finish, or dry where appropriate.
The open screen structure helps prevent clogging with material debris; sheet life remains long until full use.
Standard size is 210 × 280 mm, and can be cut (any size) according to requirement without losing performance.
