The E-Mark is built for mobile, industrial traceability tasks. It features a rugged aluminium alloy body, an integral 18 V Li-ion battery that supports about 4 hours of continuous use, two batteries and fast charger included. The marking window is 60 × 25 mm, and the gun weighs around 3.2 kg. It supports marking on diverse materials—from plastics to hardened steel (up to 62 HRC). The E1 controller boasts a colour display, membrane keyboard with 49 protected keys, 100 MB memory, USB file transfer, adjustable impact force (levels 1-9), stylus-to-piece distance via knob, dot spacing resolution ~0.05 mm, and marking depth ~0.3 mm depending on material.
