CETATEST 815 Flow Tester
With support for gauge and differential sensors, versatile valve types, and many optional interfaces (RS-232, Profibus, Ethernet, etc.), the 815 adapts to many test setups. It comes calibrated (DAkkS), includes automatic checks (Still-Alive etc.), and offers reliability and precision through automatic test cycle oversight.
Features
Simultaneous use of differential pressure sensors plus gauge pressure allows accurate leak detection across varying parts.
Supports modes like pressure decay, pressure rise, sealed component, dynamic pressure; phases include prefilling, stabilizing, measuring, venting.
Ranges from negative gauge (e.g. -1 bar) through small positive mbar ranges up to tens of bar, configurable depending on test requirements.
64 user-programmable test programs with alphanumeric naming, password-protected levels, ability to save/import configurations.
Standard digital I/O and RS-232; optional Ethernet, Profibus, etc.; supports test curves, result statistics, memory export; includes software (CETA Soft).
