Dimensional Air Gauge MG 2200 Series Tosok

The Dimensional Pressure Air Gauge MG 2200 is a relative measuring instrument that uses compressed air (0.3 – 0.7 MPa) to measure object dimensions. It allows for ten configurable measurement programs via a dial and supports various air probes. Equipped with both a dial and digital display, it facilitates simultaneous comparison of different probes with varying tolerances. It also features RS-232C data connectivity for enhanced integration on production lines.

Features

The high-pressure air type allows a wide gap between the measurement probe and the object, thereby offering a wide measuring range and extending the life of the probe.

The magnification can be adjusted within a wide range, and the desired measurement range can be obtained by replacing the scale board.

The dual indicator has two points (black and red), making it easy to see the dimensional correlation of the two parts easily.

Precision regulators and amplifier relays guarantee accurate measurements, stable indication and ultra-fast response.

Several models with different magnifications, from low to high, are available.

Displays a combination of Analog and Digital results.

A direct upgrade from the Tosok MD-24M.
