MRJ-FL-3D 20W Mini 3D Portable Fiber Laser Marking Machine
Need a laser marker that handles tricky surfaces without fuss? The 20W Mini 3D Portable from MRJ lets you mark curved, stepped, or spherical shapes with dynamic focus, so every curve gets crisp detail. With portable size, flexible input files, and software made for 3D precision, it’s great for decorative engraving, jewelry, small parts, or anything where shapes aren’t flat.
Features
The machine allows the laser focal length to be changed along a focusing axis, enabling it to mark on curved, spherical, stepped, or irregular surfaces, not just flat ones.
Provides good power for deep engraving and strong contrast on metals like gold/silver or treated surfaces. 1064 nm is standard for fiber laser applications on metals.
Capable of line widths down to ~30 µm (micrometres) and marking speed up to ~6000 mm/s. Useful for fine detail work and reducing production time.
Accepts input formats like PLT, DXF, DWG, BMP, JPG, PNG etc; supports 1D and 2D barcodes, STL for 3D models; suitable for decorative or traceability marking.
The “mini portable” design makes it easier to move / set up; includes MM3D control software from Eastern Logic Inc for dynamic focus control, enabling high precision, especially on non-flat surface objects.
